How do I set Outlooks Calendar to Military Time (24 hour clock) (Outlook 2010 Training)

Q: How do I set Outlooks Calendar to Military Time (24 hour clock)

A: Outlook inherits the time format from the Windows operating system. To set the Calendar in Outlook to Military time, follow these steps:

  1.     Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2.     Double-click the Regional Settings icon.
  3.     Click the Time tab.
  4.     In the Time Style list, click the format HH:mm:ss, and then click OK.
  5.     Close Control Panel.

The times in the Calendar will now be displayed in the 24-hour format.

  1. Good answer. I easily changed the time, however I want to change only the calendar. Is there a way to change the outlook calendar to 24 hour time and leave everything else unchanged?
